When you install the Phonebooks add-on to your HAPBX installation, you will get an additional tab to your Extensions called Contact Info. Here, you can add some additional information that will be displayed about an extension when using centralized phonebooks. This will allow you to see additional contact information from your device regarding this extension.
You can add a Mobile and Home Phone Number, Organization, and Job Title. Once you add this information, remember to Save/Update and Apply Configurations. You will now see this additional information from any device that uses our centralized phonebooks.
